What happens if we encounter traffic problems?
Traffic is always a consideration when heading for your destination. Your driver will have detailed knowledge of how to ‘skirt around’ traffic jams with most destinations having more than one approach. Minute by minute traffic updates are available in your vehicle giving the driver the advanced warning required to make appropriate decisions en route. We will advise you of the best time to leave allowing a buffer for such events as bad traffic. Even with the best information at their finger tips, not all eventualities can be covered. You can rest assured we will do our up most to deliver you on time for your flight, cruise or other event.
How will we locate our driver at the airport ?
Your will have been sent a text informing you of who will be picking you up etc. call the number provided or use the business card you were given and follow your driver’s instructions. We ask our customers to call us once they have picked up their luggage so that we can ensure we are waiting for them in the arrivals hall.
What will happen if our flight gets delayed?
We monitor all incoming flights. So it does not matter how delayed your flight is, or how early it is, there will be a driver waiting for you.
Can your office contact the driver while he is in the airport terminal or driving?
Yes we can contact all drivers, as every driver carries a mobile phone, you will be provided with your driver’s number at the time of booking and 24 hours before the pick up is due.
